- Skinos II is located just 20 m from the beach on a small hill and 700 m west from the village of Plakias (only 300 m from Skinos I). From here you will enjoy the presence of the sea and
splendid open views across the bay. Right below there's a sandy and shingle beach.
- At Skinos II there are 5 studios which offer room for 2-3 persons each, all on the ground floor with marvelous sea view.
- Each studio includes fridge, TV, equipped kitchenette, WC/shower, balcony and air condition.
- All Studios are renovated in 2010 and newly equipped with
furniture!

- It is located just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Souda, Damnoni, Ammoudi, Shinaria and Preveli with the famous monastery. From Skinos you can easily reach Rethymnon (32 km) or Chania Airport (100 km).

| As well as having glorious sea views and over the new Plakias harbor (finished in 2009), Skinos II enjoys a very peaceful position. Yet shops
and tavernas are within easy reach by foot and the main beach of Plakias is only about 15 min walk away.
